RPM Italian is a restaurant located at the street entry of the Forums Shop at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. This is a very good Italian place! The food was good the drinks were EXCELLENT and Deanna M was very sweet and helpful and made our visit very pleasant and very enjoyable. I got the Lobster Ravioli and it was pretty good. I’m not usually a fan of ravioli but I have it a try and I was happy with that decision. This is definitely a place that you should try that is very good and will not break the bank. Try RPM Italian. You will not be disappointed!

The spaghetti with meatballs was pretty good. My wife really enjoyed her Lobster Ravioli, and we both thought the Ceasar Salad was very good.

RPM Italian offers an exquisite dining experience. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. The food was very good and the presentation was noticeably different than most restaurants. Would totally visit again!

We had a 12:30pm reservation for today. I was greeted by the hostess and general manager Scott! Both were very nice and friendly! My friend was already seated. Our server Edward C started off slow. It took him a minute to get to us. But, once he did everything was smooth. We had bottomless mimosas, Brussel salad, prime beef meatballs, whipped ricotta and wild blossom honey bread, chicken parmesan, prosciutto arugula pizza and the torta meringata and it came with a show!👍🏾👍🏾The highlight of the day was meeting Executive chef Sunny! I ran into him on my way out of the bathroom! He was extremely nice and pleasant! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! The restaurant decor is beautiful ,clean and well organized! Thanks for being so kind Sunny and Scott! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We will be back!

We had a great dining experience at RPM Italian Las Vegas. Even though they were very busy, our server and the Somm were very attentive —- and not just to us, but other guests around us as well. As for the food, the Caesar salad with the Parmesan crisp was delicious. The white truffle risotto was ah-mazing! Worth every calorie. :-) Their wine list is fantastic. So fantastic it was a challenge to pick one! I recommend this place!

This was our first time to eat here. It was to die for. Absolutely the best italian i have ever had. Then the dessert was like i had died and gone to heaven. If you visit Las Vegas you have to stop and eat at RPM. You wont regret it!!

Our server Sean was amazing. He was extremely attentive. Sean was personable and gave us great recommendations. The king salmon was delicious. The carbonara was cooked perfectly. The zucchini fritti was sliced so thin and very lightly battered. It was great. We had the bomboloni for desert. The donuts were light and flaky. The hazelnut mousse on the side was perfect. We will be back.

We came here for our one year wedding anniversary, and from start to finish the experience was amazing. Don our server was beyond exceptional, and the food was immaculate, we had the Truffle Garlic bread as an appetizer, for the main course we had the Black Truffle Chicken Vesuvio and the Maine Lobster Fra Diavolo. I had a nice glass of Pinot Grigio with my pasta. To end the night we ordered the Torta Meringata for dessert. We truly enjoyed ourselves and again the food was top tier. We would definitely go back again. :)
